Description
WOODWARD 9907-149 is a digital governor designed for use in equipment such as industrial-scale steam turbines, small turbine generators, or utility turbine expander modules. It operates the steam turbine by using a pair of actuators to drive the intake valve.
The digital governor is a device that regulates the speed of the DC motor, its upper end is connected with the AC power supply, and the lower end is connected with the DC motor. It converts alternating current into two output DC power supplies, one input to the DC motor to sharpen the magnet (stator), one input to the DC motor armature (rotor). The speed of DC motor is adjusted by controlling the armature DC voltage.
In addition, the WOODWARD 9907-149 is equipped with a 32-bit microprocessor to control the turbine. The panel displays two lines of text, each of 24 characters.
When using WOODWARD 9907-149, it is necessary to write configuration and control programs according to specific industrial application scenarios and actual needs.
