Description
Vibro-meter input-output cards 200-560-000-018 and 200-560-101-015 VM600 IOC4T are high-quality, highly reliable interface cards for VM600 rack-mounted mechanical monitoring systems. These IOC4T cards work with MPC4 and MPC4SIL mechanical protection cards and support 4 dynamic channels and 2 tachometer (speed) channels, all of which can be configured independently.
The front panel of the IOC4T card (located at the rear of the VM600 rack) features connector terminals that can be used to connect the transmission cable from the measurement chain (sensor and/or signal regulator). In addition, threaded terminal connectors are available, which can be used to input all signals to any external control system and output all signals. It is worth noting that the IOC4T card has comprehensive input and output protection against electromagnetic interference and surge protection.
In terms of analog (DC) outputs, each IOC4T card provides 4 outputs corresponding to each MPC4 dynamic signal channel. The signal range can be a current output (4 to 20ma) or a voltage output (0 to 10v), individually selected for each output via a jumper on the IOC4T. For current output, the analog output is actually driven in a slightly wider range from 2 to 23 mA, proportional to the input signal. The accuracy is ≤±1.5%, the linear error is ≤±0.5%, and the output load allowed is >100 kΩ for voltage output and <325 Ω for current output.
In the relay section, the IOC4T card contains four Repeaters (RL1 to RL4), model PE014005, each relay has one NC or one NO contact (user configurable), and the selected contact is available on J2. The relay has a rated voltage of 250 VAC, rated current of 5 AAC and a maximum breaking capacity (without contact protection) of 1250 VA.
