Vibro 200-510-017-019 200-510-111-013 VM600 MPC4 Vibration monitor is the core component of the VIbro-Meter VM600 machine protection system with the following features and functions:
It has 4 programmable inputs such as vibration, displacement, etc., and 2 programmable speed/phase inputs.
Advanced digital signal processing technology, real-time measurement and monitoring.
Programmable wideband and narrowband filters, and step by step synchronous monitoring of amplitude and phase.
The alarm, stop and OK values can be set programmatically, and the alarm and stop values can be set adaptively according to the speed.
The front panel BNC interface facilitates raw signal analysis, and 7 leds display status and alarms.
It provides working power for various sensors such as acceleration, speed and eddy current, and supports hot swap.
In addition, the MPC4 card has built-in sensor OK monitoring and channel fault and alarm status monitoring, which can determine the sensor, preprocessor, cable fault, channel fault and alarm, and is displayed on the MPC4 front panel LED indicator.
The MPC4 mechanical protection card is mounted on the front of the VM600 ABE04x rack and requires IOC4T cards to form card pairs to ensure that all inputs and outputs are protected against electromagnetic interference and contain four software-controlled alarm relays.
