High-frequency inverter rectifier welder power supply is a new type of welder power supply, which can save materials. It represents the development direction of current welder power supply. Because of the commercialization of IGBT large capacity module, this kind of power supply has a broad application prospect.
AC-DC-AC-DC (AC-Dc-AC-DC) transformation method is adopted for the power supply of inverter welding machine. The 50Hz AC is converted into DC by full bridge rectification, and the PWM high frequency conversion part composed of IGBT inverts the DC into a high frequency rectangular wave of 20kHz, which becomes stable DC after high-frequency transformer coupling, rectification and filtering, and the power supply arc is used.
Due to the poor working conditions of the welder power supply, it is frequently in the alternating changes of short circuit, arc burning and open circuit, so the reliability of the high frequency inverter rectifier welder power supply has become the key problem, and the user is concerned about the problem. Using microprocessor as pulse width modulation (PWM) controller, through the extraction and analysis of multi-parameters, multi-information, to predict the purpose of various working states of the system, and then in advance to make adjustments and processing of the system, to solve the current high power IGBT inverter reliability.
