Product description
The DS3800HMPJ1B1D is part of the General Electric Mark IV turbine control system. The Mark IV control represents a significant advance in industrial control because it offers a new approach to control through modular hardware, enabling a basic control panel to control most turbine applications, sizes, and types while limiting the failure rate and downtime of system components.
The DS3800HMPJ1B1D is a printed circuit board with multiple board components. This is just one version of the board available in our existing inventory; Be sure to order the correct version for your specific app.
The DS3800HMPJ1B1D includes a plurality of connector assemblies. This includes a backplane connector along the back edge, a vertical pin cable connector located in the center of the board, and a right Angle cable connector along the front guide edge.
The jumper switch is located on the edge of the front plate and inside the plate. There are six jumper switches on DS3800HMPJ1B1D. Before removing an existing board, be sure to note the Settings for these jumpers. The jumper Settings should be replicated on the replacement component.
Other board components include a red LED indicator and a yellow LED indicator on the front edge, as well as a TP test point located nearby. The board has more than 50 integrated circuits, resistors, resistor network arrays, capacitors and diodes. Four brackets are mounted on the board surface to allow for the installation of optional subboards. Extractor clips are installed on both front guide edges to aid in installation and removal.
