Description
The Emerson A6500-SR Monitoring module is a monitoring and control system that uses Emerson’s advanced technologies and solutions to provide efficient and reliable monitoring and control solutions for industrial automation. The A6500-SR system frame is a backboard frame, the wiring is simple and clear, and the daily maintenance is extremely convenient. The A6500-RC relay module is specially designed in the upgraded ATG frame, which can perform multiple logic operations on the monitoring parameters and send out a set of switching signals with 16 switching output.
The A6500-UM is a universal monitoring module for shaft relative vibration measurement that improves the reliability of the most critical rotating equipment in the plant. It is a two-channel, 3U size single-slot plug-in module, which saves cabinet space compared to traditional four-channel, 6U size cards. The A6500-UM module complies with API 670 standards, supports hot swap, remote control limit doubling, and bypass skipping. The module has a front and rear buffered and proportional output, 0/4-20mA output, and self-test facilities include monitoring hardware, power input, hardware temperature, sensors, and cables.
In addition, the A6500-UM module has two independent or combined monitoring mode inputs, input types eddy current and differential, electrically isolated from the power supply, input resistance greater than 100kΩ, input voltage range -1V to -22V, input frequency range 0 Hz to 18.75 kHz, configurable configuration. It is used in conjunction with the displacement sensors PR6422, PR6423, PR6424, PR6425 and precursors CON 011/91, 021/91, 041/91 for precise monitoring functions.
