Product overview
The Bently Nevada 3500/22 is a rack interface module for use in Bentley 3500 Series monitoring systems. The function of this module is to connect the monitoring system to the rack, which is easy to maintain and replace the monitoring system. The 3500/22M replaces the 3500/20M as the interface between the 3500 monitoring system and compatible software such as System 1 status monitoring and diagnostic software and the 3500 system configuration software.

Functional characteristics
The 3500/22M integrates communications processor capabilities to continuously collect steady-state and transient dynamic (waveform) data and transmit this data to host software over an Ethernet link. It has static data capture capabilities, but can also capture dynamic and high-resolution transient data if the disk is enabled using an optional channel. Each 3500 rack requires a TDI or RIM and always occupies slot 1 (next to the power supply).

System compatibility
The 3500/22M is compatible with Bentley 3500 Series monitoring systems and can be used in a variety of application scenarios by connecting to a rack.
