Description

The IC697CPX928-HF is a central processing unit (CPU) module in the GE Fanuc 90-70 series, which is mainly used to execute user programs downloaded to the CPU memory. This single-slot CPU module is equipped with an 80486DX4 microprocessor that runs at 96 MHz and is capable of performing operations at 0.4 microseconds per Boolean function
. The module has 6MB of RAM for battery backup and 256KB of non-volatile user flash memory, which also stores the CPU firmware

The IC697CPX928-HF is capable of handling up to 12K of any combination of inputs and outputs, and up to 8K of analog inputs and outputs. It supports 32-bit floating point data, has high-speed processing capacity and large memory capacity, suitable for industrial automation and control systems
