Description
The Vibro-meter VM600 CMC16 is a condition monitoring card that is a core component of the VM600 family of condition monitoring systems (CMS). It functions as an intelligent front-end data acquisition unit (DAU) in conjunction with the VM600 CMS software, enabling data acquisition, analysis and transmission over Ethernet or serial links.
The module has the following features:
Number of channels: 16 dynamic channels and 4 RPM channels.
Processing power: Up to 20 processing outputs per dynamic channel and per dual channel (12 per xmc 16).
Data acquisition: 24-bit data acquisition, high signal-to-noise ratio data processing, high-resolution FFT up to 6400 lines per 500 ms.
Synchronous and asynchronous sampling: The ability to collect data simultaneously on all channels using either asynchronous (fixed frequency) or synchronous (sequential tracking) sampling.
Software compatibility: Designed to work with VibroSight software.
In addition, the input to the CMC16 module is fully programmable and can accept a variety of signals, including speed, phase reference, vibration (acceleration, velocity or displacement), dynamic pressure, air gap rotor and pole profile signals. It can also accept any dynamic signal or any quasi-static signal, with high sampling rate and resolution, as well as a variety of output options, making it ideal for condition monitoring, product quality control and fault diagnosis of mechanical equipment.
